He made the sign up process easy and what I have enjoyed the most is that he has taken the time to call and see how my service is verus me calling a 1-800 number I have direct access to my consultant. The Ambit customer service was excellent. It was FREE, and I did it online and 3 days later I got a Welcome letter with the FREE 3 day 2 night Hotel bonus, this company really has it together, and just thinking that if it wasn't for my friend I still would trash money every month.

At home we even turned off the AC sometimes at night to save energy because if there is something that I don't like is to overpay, since I do the budget at home. Now with Ambit I know that we are not paying extra for the same service.
